Online Maintenance Request Form

The Maintenance Request Form is for general maintenance only.

Please read the below information carefully and completely prior to submitting the online request form.

1. You must be listed on the tenancy lease in order to submit a Maintenance Request Form.

2. For Non-Emergency Maintenance, please submit the Online Request Form and you will be contacted by a member of the Property Management Department within 4 hours on a weekday, or by the next business day after 3.00 pm on a Friday, Weekends and Public Holidays.

Please note, should the matter be due to negligence by the tenant or if access to the property is denied to the trades’ person,
you (the tenant) will be responsible for payment of the account.
